Our ring size service
Determine your correct ring size for an engagement ring or your wedding rings
with us, whether at home or in one of our local stores.
You can use these options:
- Ring size sample set: Based on your previous ring selection, we will send you a selection of suitable stainless steel ring size samples to try on.
- Existing ring: If you have a well-fitting ring, you can measure it at home and compare it with the ring size table or have it measured in one of our stores.
For maximum wearing comfort, our ring size service provides you with a selection of rings in different sizes. You can try these out in various everyday situations to determine the perfect ring size.
How the ring size service works
We offer you ring size samples in sizes 45 - 74. But even smaller or larger hands will find what they are looking for. As soon as we receive an approximate ring size from you, we can send you the appropriate ring size samples based on your offer or order. Our ring size samples are free of charge for you.
We send two to three ring size samples per person. You can wear the ring size samples in everyday life and test with several sizes to see which ring you feel most comfortable with. Please return the ring size samples to us after trying them on (max. 14 days). A return envelope with our address is always included for the return shipment.
Costs for the ring size service
Only the postage costs for the return shipment are payable by you for the ring size service. Within the Netherlands, this is EUR 1.82.
Outside the Netherlands, the return postage for a maxi letter applies. However, we only send ring size sample rings abroad if a binding order has been placed.
We charge €15 for each ring size sample ring that is not returned to us.
Notes on ring size
Please note that fingers are subject to various influences throughout the day, such as heat, cold, fluid intake or certain sports activities. This can change the circumference. This should be taken into account when determining the ring size. We recommend testing the ring size samples for one to two days. The ring fits optimally if it can be easily pushed onto the finger and can be removed with slight resistance.
FAQ – Frequently asked questions about the ring size service
The ring size can be determined, for example, with a ring template, a ring gauge or directly in a specialist store. For measurement at home, you can use our . For the most accurate result, a professional measurement on site is recommended.
Not all rings can be resized equally well. Especially with rings with continuous stones or certain materials, resizing may be limited or not possible at all.
Resizing a ring usually takes a few days to several weeks, depending on the material and design of the ring.
That depends on the jeweler and the ring design. If more effort is required to resize the ring, higher costs may be incurred. You are welcome to ask us about the costs for resizing a ring.

Wij zijn uiterst tevreden over de gehele ging van zaken . Ten eerste werden we hartelijk ontvangen met een kopje koffie terwijl we de etalages hadden bekeken. We vertelde dat we iets speciaals wilde en dat we hoopten dat hij ons wel kon helpen. Snel werd ons duidelijk dat alle wensen mogelijk waren want alles werd laten zien aan de hand van voorbeelden in dozen en vervolgens getekend in de computer. Eindelijk het gevoel dat we bij de juiste juwelier zaten. Helemaal blij liepen we de winkel uit. Na een paar weken ontvingen we het bericht dat de ringen klaar waren, we moeten zeggen ze zijn NOG MEER DAN PRACHTIG!! Over 2 weken gaan we trouwen en mogen we ze eindelijk de ringen om elkaars vingers schuiven. Heel erg veel dank 123GOLD!!
